Dr. Eunice S. N. Imasiku

MANDATE: The Ex-Officio Board Member ensures leadership continuity by assisting transitions. Although she is expected to attend some of the crucial meetings and contribute to discussions, she has no voting rights.

BIOGRPAHY: : Dr. Eunice Ntwala Samwinga Imasiku is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in the education sector. Currently, she is a lecturer at the University of Zambia. Dr. Eunice has a robust academic foundation that informs her expertise in quality assurance and educational excellence. She holds a PhD in Demography and Population Studies, a Master of Science in Geography, and a Bachelor of Arts with Education (Geography major).

Throughout her extensive career, Dr. Eunice has demonstrated a profound commitment to disseminating knowledge across various educational levels, from primary and secondary education to university instruction. Her role as Head of the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of Zambia exemplifies her leadership capabilities and her dedication to enhancing academic standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Dr. Eunice served as the President of Graduate Women Zambia (GWZ) from 2022 to 2024, where she has championed initiatives focused on women's empowerment and educational advancement. Her leadership in this organization reflects her passion for promoting operational equity and quality that meet institutional and regulatory requirements, while fostering an environment conducive for self-actualisation.
