The Programs, Training and Mentorship Committee designs and implements GWZ’s annual work plans, training sessions and mentorship programs. This committee identifies the needs of members and develops initiatives to support their professional and personal growth. It plans workshops, seminars, conferences and organises mentorship opportunities. By fostering a culture of learning and development, this committee plays a key role in helping GWZ members and the public achieve their full potential.
